"Only giving a 1 star because zero isn't an option. I don't know much about Jeff himself, but one of his policy writers made a mistake on my policy, which I found out upon making a claim. When I called to resolve the issue I spoke to Robin, a manager at Jeff's office who was in charge while he was on vacation. She was rude pretty much from the start, and she seems to be extremely concerned that she is doing something to lose her license, as that seems to come up every couple of minutes. Robin would not tell us when Jeff was coming back from vacation and was extremely argumentative, unprofessional, and rude."
